- Pammi Billiards or Pammi Billiards Accessories hereinafter called Pammi International,
house of an importer and exporter (TIN#07240363411).
- All disputes subject to Delhi or Government of Delhi, Jurisdiction only.
- Goods once sold will not be taken back in any circumstances i.e.; No Exchange, No
Return, No Replacement.
- Our responsibilities ceases once the goods leave our premises. Make sure all goods at the
time of leave our premise is in good conditions. Please take a note of that we do not offer
transportations facilities/services, it is due over to client on own risk.
- I/we, hereinafter referred to as “the client” shall be entitled to transact in such trade on
our products as are introduced on the website may be change on product’s image as
comparison as live products.
- The client shall furnish all such details in full as required by us. The supporting details,
made mandatory from time to time.
- The client shall familiarize himself with all the mandatory provisions. Any additional
clause or documents specified by us shall be non-mandatory, as per terms and conditions
accepted by the client.
- Please register your mailing address, mobile number, telephone number with STD code
and email id with us, to receive trade confirmation alerts/details of the transactions
through SMS or email, by the end of the trading from our company.
- The client shall immediately notify to the company in writing if there is any change
in information as provided at the time of registrations and thereafter; including the
information on winding up petition/insolvency petition or any litigation which may have
material bearing on his responsibilities/capacities.
- The company shall continue to send contract notes in the physical mode to such clients
who do not to opt to receive the contract notes in the electronic form. Don’t opt for ECN
if you are not familiar with computers. Wherever the ECNs (Electronic Contract Notes)
have not been delivered to the client or has been rejected or bouncing of mails by the email ID of the client, the company shall send a physical contract note to the client within
the stipulated time under the extant regulations of Pammi International and maintain the
proof of delivery of such physical contract notes. Bye-laws and Regulations of RTI act,
relevant provisions/guidelines specified by Government of India, obtain a copy of all the
documents executed by you from the company free of charge.
- Don’t make any payment in cash to our sale agents/representatives without getting Retail
Invoice/receipt signed by an authorized signatory against the payment given by the client
will be entertained. Make the payments by account payee cheque/demand draft/banker’s
cheque in favour of the “Pammi International or direct cash deposit to the company’s
current bank account. Bank Account Number shall be providing at the time of physical
transactions. Don’t issue cheqes in the name of individuals. Ensure that you have a
documentary proof of your payment/deposit of securities with the company, stating date,
towards which bank account such money or securities deposited and from which bank
account.
- Goods/Products have delivered at our premises once our Account Executive provides
NOC (NO Objection Certificate) against the bill amount paid by the client.
- The company shall bring to notice of the relevant information about default in payment
delivery and related aspects by a client. In case where defaulting client is a corporate
entity partnership/proprietary firm or any other artificial legal entity, then the name(s)
of director(s) /promoter(s)/partner(s)/proprietor as the case may be, shall also be
communicated by the company to the relevant client(s).
- The client and the company shall refer any claims and or disputes with respect to
deposits, traders etc.; to arbitration as per the Rules, Byelaws and Regulations of the state
jurisdiction where the trade is executed and circulars/notices issued there under as may be
in force from time to time.
- The client shall be liable to pay interest on late payment @0.065% per day OR @24%
p.a. at such rate (or other rate as may be decided from time to time by the company) on all
late payment beyond the due date (i.e. pay in-date) by the client to Pammi International.
- In case your issue/problem/grievance is not being sorted out by concerned agent/
executive /service worker then you may take up the matter with our complain department.
If you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint then you can escalate the
matter to ACC.
- The Client shall, at all times, be responsible for the Client’s investment decisions and/ or
orders placed by the Client, either electronically or otherwise. The Client understands that
placing an order with us either electronically or otherwise, does not guarantee execution
of the said order. We shall not be deemed to have received any electronically transmitted
order has confirmed the receipt of such an order.
- The Client hereby agrees that Pammi Billiards on the behalf of Pammi International shall
not be liable for the nonexecution of any order caused due to any suspension, interruption,
non-availability or malfunctioning of the online trading service or for any reasons
whatsoever.
- The terms and conditions pertaining to the pammibilliards.com here by the company
which is in force now have been read by me/us.
- I/We have understood the same and I/We agree to abide by and to be bound by the rules
as are in force time to time for such clients
- I/We also declare that the particulars given by me/us are true to the best of my /our
knowledge as on the date of making such order. I /We further agree that any false/
misleading information given by me or suppression of any material fact will render my/
our order liable termination and further action. Hence, I have read and understood the
above information, terms and policies.
